How to Order?	Fill out an order form on the website, email Kristen at kristen@sincerelykristen.com or call (662) 796-1139.  Everything I make is personal, based on your needs.  The samples I have on this site are that, samples.  Good ideas and starting off points for you too look at.  After you contact me, I will talk with you about your needs and come up with ideas based on our conversation.
Why don’t you have a shopping cart on your site?	All my designs are custom made for you.  I use my site as a tool to show you samples of my work.  Since no two projects are the same, I feel a shopping cart would not help in the order process.
What if pictures are involved with my design?	There are 3 options.  If your images are digital, you can email the files to Kristen@sincerelykristen.com (the higher resolution the better!).  You can place them on a photo sharing website (such as www.kodakgallery.com or www.snapfish.com) and email me the link.  If your images are not digital, you can mail me the originals.  They will be returned, unharmed, with your completed order.  Please don’t worry about editing them in any way; I’ll take care of all of that for you.
Will I get to see a proof before you mail me my order?	Yes, everyone will have the opportunity to approve the design via a proof sheet I will email you as a pdf file.  This way you know exactly what you are getting, and there are multiple eyes looking for any errors!  If you would like a “hard” copy mailed to you, there is a fee of $5.00.
Are Envelopes included with my order?	Of course!  All orders are priced with a standard white envelope.  If you would like to upgrade to color or design, please let me know.  I have multiple options to choose from.
Can I pre-order my envelopes?	Of course!  This is a great idea, especially if you are pregnant or want to get a jump on your holiday cards!  There will be a refundable flat fee of $10 to pre-order your envelopes.  The $10 fee will be credited to your account once you place your final order.
Can you make inserts?  Such as direction cards, accommodations, list of local attractions, etc…	I would be happy to!  Starting at $.50/each, I can make a card to include what ever information your guests need.  From directions to accommodations, I’ve got your covered!
Will you stuff and/or address my envelopes?  Can you even mail them for me?	Yes!  I can do it all for you!  Please refer to the pricing page on my web site.  This lists the services I offer and the prices.
Can you take care of everything, including the mailing for me?	I can do that too, as long as you provide me with a formatted, electronic list of your addresses!  For $.50 (plus the cost of postage), I will stuff, address, create a coordinating return mailing label and put them in the mail for you.
I need an invitation but don’t know what to say.	I can help.  I will send you suggestions.  If you don’t see anything you like, we can come up with something together!  Another great resource is www.verseit.com.
What about mistakes?	By using proofs, I try to avoid mistakes at all costs!  But things happen.  If the mistake is mine, I will reprint your order at no cost ASAP.  If the error is yours, I will be happy to correct it and offer you a 35% discount.
Payment	Final payment is due once your order is placed.  You can pay by credit card, debit card or check through www.paypal.com for your convenience.  I also accept personal checks, but will not be able to ship your order until the check has cleared.  I hope you understand.
Cancellation	If I have not made a proof for you yet and you need to cancel your order, I will refund your money, ASAP.  If a proof has already been made, a $15 fee will be retained.  The rest will be refunded.  Unfortunately once your final proof has been approved and production has started, you can no longer get a refund.
Privacy	I view your personal information as private material.  I will never sell or distribute your private information in any way.  When you place an order, you are automatically placed on my mailing list.  All communication has an “opt-out” feature if you would like to be removed from this list.  If your samples are used on my website, I take the time to change all personal information.
